  • Are batteries included?

    Yes

  • How to remove and replace the batteries?

    Undo the velcro on the back on the Plush, remove the soundbox from the protective pouch, undo velcro on the pouch and remove the soundbox. Locate the battery compartment door, loosen the screw in the battery compartment door with Philips screwdriver. Remove old batteries and properly dispose of them. Insert three new AAA batteries. Replace the battery compartment door and then tighten the screw. Do not overtighten. Reinsert the soundbox back into the pouch, secure the velcro on the pouch and re-insert into Plush. Secure velcro on Plush before giving to a child.

  • What if my product sound becomes faint or stops?

    Please change the batteries

  • How can I clean the product?

    Wipe the Plush with a clean, damp cloth. Do not immerse. This Plush has no consumer servicable parts, do not take apart.

  • What if my product begins to operate erratically?

    You may need to reset the electronics, remove the battereies and re-install them

  • Is my product under warranty?

    The internal soundboxes are covered by a 12 month warranty from date of purchase.


    The exceptions to this warranty are:

    • Accidental damage to the product (i.e. if the soundbox is dropped and smashed)
    • Damage caused by wear and tear

    Any non-influence malfunctions occured to the soundbox are covered by warranty and can be sent off to have a replacement soundbox fitted.


    Only toys purchased directly through PlushLegion® or authorised resellers are eligible for warranty. Unauthorised resellers and toys purchased from another source will void warranty.

  • Can anything be done if I am past my warranty?

    No, unfortunately we cannot replace any items past its warranty.

  • Can I return or Exchange my product if it has had personalisation?

    No, all sales are final. 

  • Can the music be personalised?

    No, all music is specific to a particular product

  • Can the volume go up?

    The volume on each product is set to a certain decible to ensure it is compliant with the British Toy and Hobby Association regulations for children.

  • How do I track my order?

  • How do I complete a refund?

    Please fill out the online returns form within 14 days of purchase. Any returns forms filled out after the 14 days will be void.
