Domestic Shipping

All orders and pre-orders are processed within 2-3 business days. By placing an order you agree to our T&C's.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Pre-order

Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure the product before the item arrives with us. You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre-order.

Returns

14 days to cancel the order. Upon arrival of product a further 14 days to send the goods back for a full refund subject to the Terms & Conditions.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost to return the item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a full refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Processing Time

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
